Projects - Laser cutting of metals

Below is an illustration of the edge quality achieved for given sheet thicknesses using laser cutting technology with cutting gases such as oxygen and nitrogen. Thanks to the use of the latter, there is no scale on the side edges of the cut parts.

Welded components

The photos show components made of cold-rolled steel (DC01), hot-rolled steel (S235JR) and stainless steel (1.4301) in the welder’s preferred position.
