We carry out sheet metal cutting on a professional CO2 laser from the renowned company Bystronic. The cutting machine – BySprint PRO 3015 with a power of 4.4kW, together with modern dedicated software, allows efficient use of material while ensuring high process efficiency and accuracy of linear dimensions in accordance with ISO 2768f/m.
Laser cutting of sheet metal in our company allows to obtain details of various often demanding shapes, while maintaining high quality of elements, quick realization time and competitive price.
The process of plastic shaping of components, which results in a product with the assumed shape and dimensions. Sheet metal bending is carried out in our company using a press brake or bending machine. Bearing in mind that almost 70% of laser-cut components are bent, we stock a wide range of tools (punches and dies) to achieve the most accurate design possible within ISO 2768m tolerances.
Every bent part we accept for realisation is, as early as the quotation stage, verified by us on specialised software to ensure its manufacturability, in order to exclude any problems with its manufacture.
